KNESTEL Technologie & Elektronik Participates in Allgäu Recruitment Campaign

KNESTEL Technologie & Elektronik GmbH participated in the Job WG Allgäu recruitment campaign in August 2021. The initiative aimed to showcase regional companies and career opportunities to young people. This year, three young women acted as "jobhoppers," testing 30 different jobs across 30 companies in the Allgäu area.

One jobhopper, Laura, spent two days at KNESTEL, gaining insight into the product manager role. Her first day involved a company tour and introductions to various departments. The second day focused on KNESTEL's DYNOSTICS respiratory gas analysis system, where Laura participated in assembly, reviewed CAD models, and conducted a performance test on an ergometer.

The product manager position at KNESTEL oversees a product from conception to series production, requiring strong communication and organizational skills, along with budget and timeline management. Laura described her experience positively, noting that electrical engineering was "more exciting than I initially thought."
