Knight Therapeutics Acquires Rights for Cancer Treatment Drug Candidate
Knight Therapeutics Inc. has acquired exclusive rights for the BMF-210 drug candidate in Southeast Asia and Europe. The new treatment targets neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1) tumors, as well as advanced lung and breast cancers.

Knight Therapeutics Inc. has acquired exclusive rights to commercialize and sell the drug candidate BMF-210 in Southeast Asia and Europe, the company announced Thursday.
BFM-210 is a novel treatment targeting neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1) associated tumors, including meningiomas, and for the treatment of unresectable locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer and non-resectable locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer. The agreement spans 30 countries, including the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, and Spain.
The candidate is a small molecule compound that preclinical studies have shown significantly reduces NF1 tumor size and growth. Clinical trials are expected to commence shortly.
Knight Therapeutics focuses on commercializing a portfolio of innovative therapeutics in North America and other international markets. The company's current pipeline includes products across various therapeutic areas.
