Knight Therapeutics Provides Loan and Secures License Agreement with Triumvira Immunologics

Knight Therapeutics Inc. has entered into a $5 million secured loan and exclusive license agreement with Triumvira Immunologics Inc. The loan is intended to help Triumvira accelerate the development of its lead T-cell therapy program towards clinical trials.

Under the terms of the agreement, Knight Therapeutics will gain exclusive rights to commercialize Triumvira's future approved products in Canada, Israel, Mexico, and Colombia. Knight Therapeutics is a specialty pharmaceutical company focused on acquiring, in-licensing, and commercializing innovative pharmaceutical products.

Triumvira Immunologics, a privately-held company, is developing novel immunotherapies for cancer treatment. Their proprietary technology aims to engineer T cells to target and attack cancer cells.
