Montreal, Canada – Knight Therapeutics Inc. (TSX: GUD) announced it has assumed full commercial activities for AKYNZEO® (netupitant/palonosetron capsules) in Canada and is relaunching the product.
The company and Helsinn Healthcare SA entered into an exclusive license, distribution, and supply agreement in May 2022, covering oral and intravenous AKYNZEO® and ALOXI® in Canada, Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, and Paraguay.
AKYNZEO® is approved in Canada for the prevention of acute and delayed nausea and vomiting associated with highly emetogenic cancer chemotherapy.
