Know ALL to Host World ALL Day to Increase Patient Awareness

The Know ALL initiative will host World ALL Day on September 20, 2022, aiming to provide patients and caregivers with essential information and support regarding acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). This global education and awareness program offers crucial resources for individuals affected by leukemia and their loved ones.

This year's campaign theme, 'My ALL, my story,' encourages the community to share their experiences and knowledge. Know ALL seeks to enhance understanding of this rare blood cancer where white blood cell counts are not properly controlled.

Beyond information dissemination, Know ALL aims to empower patients and caregivers by offering a platform to share personal journeys, thereby assisting others in similar circumstances. The initiative also includes a resource that clarifies different ALL subtypes and advises on key questions patients should ask healthcare professionals.

The Know ALL initiative is guided by an experienced international group of patients, caregivers, patient advocates, healthcare professionals, and industry representatives. It is a collaboration between Scientific Education Support (SES) and the Acute Leukaemia Advocates Network (ALAN), with support from Amgen, Jazz Pharmaceuticals, BMS, and Kite Pharma.
