Real estate investment company Kojamo Oyj has acquired 100,000 of its own shares on December 18, 2025. The total cost for the transactions amounted to approximately EUR 1.01 million, with an average price of EUR 10.1158 per share.
Following the acquisition, the total number of Kojamo's own shares held by the company increased to 5,365,000. The company executed the share purchase in compliance with the European Market Abuse Regulation.
This activity is part of Kojamo's strategy to manage its capital structure and potentially utilize the shares for corporate transactions or employee incentive programs. Kojamo is Finland's largest private housing investment company, aiming to create better urban living.
