Kojamo Buys Back Own Shares for Over EUR 863,000

Kojamo plc, a real estate company, announced on September 16, 2025, that it had executed share repurchases on the Nasdaq Helsinki. The company acquired a total of 80,000 of its own shares, with a total cost of EUR 863,008.00.

The average purchase price for the repurchased shares was EUR 10.7876 per share. Following this transaction, Kojamo holds a total of 1,025,000 of its own shares.

The share buybacks were conducted in compliance with Regulation No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and Council (MAR) and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052. Kojamo's shares are listed on the official list of Nasdaq Helsinki.

Kojamo is Finland's largest private residential real estate company and one of the country's largest investors. Its mission is to create better urban housing through offerings like its environmentally friendly Lumo brand.
