Kojamo calls annual general meeting; proposes 0.39 euro dividend

Helsinki-based real estate investor Kojamo Oyj has invited its shareholders to its annual general meeting, scheduled for March 16, 2023, in Helsinki. Key agenda items include the approval of the company's 2022 financial statements and a decision on dividend distribution.
The board of directors has proposed a dividend of 0.39 euros per share for the fiscal year 2022. The record date for the dividend payment is March 20, with the payment scheduled for April 5. As of December 31, 2022, Kojamo's distributable equity stood at over 251 million euros.
Shareholders will also vote on granting discharge of liability to the members of the board and the CEO, and review the remuneration report for corporate bodies. Decisions on board members' compensation and the number of board members will also be made. The nomination committee proposes Mikael Aro as the new chairman of the board and the election of seven board members, including a mix of current and new candidates.
Shareholders can attend the meeting in person, vote in advance, or follow the proceedings via a live video stream online. However, following the stream does not constitute participation in the general meeting or the exercise of shareholder rights.
