Kojamo Oyj, a Finnish rental housing investment company, announced on September 9, 2025, that it had acquired 50,000 of its own shares on the Nasdaq Helsinki exchange. The average price paid was EUR 10.9814 per share, with the total transaction value reaching EUR 549,070.

This share repurchase brings Kojamo's total holding of treasury shares to 740,000. The company conducted the acquisition in accordance with EU market abuse regulations, specifically Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.

The move is part of Kojamo's ongoing strategy to enhance urban living and manage its property portfolio. As Finland's largest private housing investor, Kojamo focuses on providing quality and convenient housing solutions.
