Kojamo Oyj Updates Strategy and Sets New Financial Targets for 2026-2028
Kojamo Oyj has updated its financial targets for the 2026–2028 strategy period. The company aims for a five percent annual revenue growth and a three percent increase in FFO per share.

Helsinki – Kojamo Oyj, Finland's largest private landlord, has announced an updated strategy and new financial targets for the 2026–2028 period. The company's board has approved a strategy update focusing on enhancing customer experience and increasing value creation, aligning with the megatrend of urbanization.
The updated financial targets include an average annual revenue growth of 5–7 percent for Kojamo during the strategy period. The company also aims for a 3–5 percent growth in Funds From Operations (FFO) per share. Customer satisfaction will be measured by a Net Promoter Score (NPS) target of over 65, and the Loan-to-Value (LTV) ratio is targeted to remain below 45 percent.
Central to Kojamo's strategy is the commitment to delivering the best urban living experience. The company plans to deepen its customer-centric approach by leveraging data, technology, and artificial intelligence. Strategic priorities also emphasize operational excellence, sustainable housing, and employee expertise.
Kojamo has also revised its dividend policy, aiming to be a stable dividend payer. The company intends for its annual dividend and/or share repurchases to be at least 20 percent of FFO, subject to certain equity ratio conditions.
