Following this transaction, Kojamo's total holding of its own shares increased to 1,142,000. The share repurchases were conducted in compliance with Article 5 of Regulation No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and Council (MAR) and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.
