Helsinki – February 11, 2026 – Kojamo plc announced today the publication of its 2025 Financial Statements and Board of Directors' Report. The Financial Statements encompass the consolidated financial statements, the parent company financial statements, and the Auditor's Report.
The company has also released separate filings for the Corporate Governance Statement and Remuneration Report for 2025. All reports adhere to the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) requirements, presented in XHTML format and tagged with XBRL.
KPMG Oy Ab, authorized public accountants, has provided an independent auditor’s assurance report on Kojamo's ESEF Financial Statements, following the ISAE 3000 standard.
