The transactions were executed on the Nasdaq Helsinki stock exchange, with an average share price of EUR 10.56 per share. This means Kojamo's investment in the share repurchase amounted to approximately EUR 258,175. Following the acquisition, the number of own shares held by the company increased to 339,441 units.
The repurchase complied with the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 and the European Commission's Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052. Kojamo is the largest private housing investment company in Finland, focusing on creating better urban living under its Lumo brand.
The company actively works to enhance the value of its investment properties through new construction and the development of its existing property portfolio. Kojamo is listed on the main list of Nasdaq Helsinki.
