Helsinki – Housing investment company Kojamo Oyj has purchased 85,000 of its own shares in transactions completed on August 28, 2025. The average price per share was EUR 10.67, and the total value of the transactions amounted to EUR 906,967.
Following these purchases, Kojamo now holds a total of 315,000 own shares, in addition to any previously held shares. The company executed the acquisition of shares in accordance with EU market abuse regulations and related delegated acts.
This share repurchase is part of the company's strategy aimed at enhancing capital efficiency and generating added value for shareholders.
