Kojamo Oyj announced on January 16, 2026, that it had acquired 68,852 of its own shares. The average price paid for the shares was EUR 10.2320 per share, with the total purchase price amounting to approximately EUR 704,494.

Following these transactions, Kojamo held a total of 6,428,852 own shares. The company stated that the share repurchases were conducted in accordance with the EU Market Abuse Regulation (Regulation (EU) No 596/2014) and its associated delegated regulations.
