Real estate investor Kojamo Oyj announced on December 16, 2025, that it had acquired 95,000 of its own shares on the Nasdaq Helsinki. The total cost for the repurchased shares amounted to €947,064.50.

Kojamo Oyj, a major Finnish real estate investor focused on rental apartments, has completed the repurchase of 95,000 of its own shares. The transactions took place on the Nasdaq Helsinki on December 16, 2025.

The total expenditure for the share buyback was €947,064.50, with an average purchase price of €9.9691 per share. Following this acquisition, Kojamo's holding of its own shares increased to 5,168,000.

The share repurchases were conducted in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 and the European Commission's Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052. The company stated that the purchases were carried out via Nordea Bank.

Kojamo is Finland's largest private housing investor, aiming to provide better urban living experiences through its Lumo brand. The company actively develops its property portfolio through new construction and acquisition of existing properties.
