Kojamo Oyj, a Finnish housing investment company, announced on September 18, 2025, that it had purchased 75,015 of its own shares. The shares were acquired through trading on the Nasdaq Helsinki exchange at an average price of EUR 10.78 per share.
The total cost for the executed trades amounted to approximately EUR 808,759. Following this acquisition, Kojamo Oyj holds a total of 1,142,000 of its own shares. The company stated that the share purchases were carried out in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 and the European Commission's Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.
Kojamo is the largest private housing investment company in Finland, focusing on improving urban living. The company's strategy involves developing its investment properties through new construction, acquisitions, and enhancements of its existing portfolio. Kojamo aims to be a leader in housing and a preferred choice for customers.
