Kojamo Reports Increased Revenue and Net Rental Income for 2025
Kojamo plc's financial statements for 2025 reveal an increase in total revenue and net rental income compared to the previous year. The company also saw an improvement in its occupancy rate throughout the year.

Kojamo plc, a housing investment company, announced its financial results for 2025, indicating growth in both total revenue and net rental income. The company's total revenue rose by 0.6 percent to EUR 455.2 million, while net rental income increased by 1.6 percent to EUR 307.7 million.
The result before taxes stood at EUR 26.8 million, a slight increase from EUR 26.3 million in the previous year. This figure incorporates changes in the fair value of investment properties, which amounted to EUR -120.4 million. The financial occupancy rate improved from 91.5 percent to 94.8 percent during the year.
Kojamo significantly reduced its gross investments in 2025, totaling EUR 42.5 million, down from EUR 52.8 million in 2024. The company also divested a substantial number of apartments, selling 2,028 units, a marked difference from the previous year's sales.
The Board of Directors has proposed a dividend of EUR 0.11 per share. By the end of the year, Kojamo's housing portfolio comprised 38,945 rental apartments, down from 40,973 at the close of 2024.
