Koliway acquires Millhouse Logistics and appoints Bryan Foe as CEO

Koliway has finalized the acquisition of Millhouse Logistics, a provider of expedited ground and air freight, to expand its portfolio in the mission-critical supply chain sector. As part of the transaction, the new owner plans to upgrade the company’s proprietary technology platform to improve shipment visibility and operational efficiency.

Chris Kolquist, founder of Koliway, stated that the acquisition was driven by Millhouse’s established brand presence and its vetting processes for its carrier network. The business will continue to operate under its existing brand, maintaining current customer relationships and operational authorities.

Bryan Foe has been appointed as the new CEO of Millhouse Logistics. Foe, who brings over 30 years of logistics industry experience to the role, will oversee the company's growth strategy as it continues to serve sectors ranging from automotive to life sciences.
