Konami Releases PC System Requirements for Silent Hill: Townfall
Konami has announced the PC system requirements for its upcoming title, Silent Hill: Townfall. The game will be available on Steam, with both minimum and recommended specifications detailed.

Konami has officially revealed the PC system requirements for its latest installment in the Silent Hill series, "Silent Hill: Townfall," on the Steam platform. The announcement provides players with the necessary information regarding hardware to run the game.
The minimum system requirements include an AMD Ryzen 5 3600 or Intel Core i7-8700K processor, 16GB of RAM, and either an Nvidia RTX 2060 Super or AMD RX 6600 graphics card. For a recommended experience, players will need an AMD Ryzen 7 5700X or Intel Core i7-9700K processor, along with 32GB of RAM. High-end performance will require an Nvidia RTX 3080 or AMD RX 7800 XT graphics card.
The game shifts the setting from the series' signature Silent Hill town to a foggy Scottish island. It adopts a first-person perspective and features a narrative centered around supernatural events and the protagonist's mysterious connection to them. This marks a departure from the established lore and location of previous titles.
Gameplay mechanics emphasize stealth and survival horror. Players are encouraged to use environmental elements, such as bottles, to create distractions and lure enemies away, preferring avoidance over direct combat. This approach is reminiscent of the gameplay found in Silent Hill: Shattered Memories.
