Konecranes Board of Directors Appoints Permanent Executive Board
The Board of Directors of Konecranes Plc has appointed the company's permanent executive board. The new board consists of seven members and commenced its duties immediately.
The Board of Directors of Konecranes Plc, in its organizing meeting held on May 1, 2021, has appointed the company's permanent executive board, which will commence its duties with immediate effect.
The newly appointed executive board comprises seven members, led by CEO Robert J. M. C. L. S. de With. The other members include CFO Henna Hiltunen, CHRO Tiina Raitio, General Counsel Katja Virtanen, CTO Mikko Lehtonen, VP Sales and Marketing Tuukka Lehtinen, and VP Supply Chain Petri Virtanen.
This executive board is tasked with supporting the CEO in the execution of the company's strategy and in daily operational management. Each member is responsible for their respective areas and will report directly to the CEO.
