Körber acquires enVista's e-commerce platform and freight audit service
Körber is expanding its supply chain software strategy by acquiring enVista's Enspire Commerce™ platform and its global Freight Audit and Payment service.
Hamburg, Germany – July 21, 2022 – Körber has signed a definitive agreement to purchase enVista’s Enspire Commerce™ platform and its global Freight Audit and Payment (FAP) service. The acquisition is expected to bolster Körber's position as a global supply chain software provider.
The acquisition of enVista expands Körber's portfolio to enable businesses to meet increasing consumer expectations in a competitive omnichannel landscape. By integrating enVista's capabilities, Körber aims to become a single global provider of software for omnichannel commerce, fulfillment, and transportation.

EnVista's Enspire Commerce platform includes an Order Management System (OMS) that provides cross-channel order visibility. The FAP service complements Körber's order and warehouse management solutions (WMS) to enhance last-mile delivery profitability, control, and customer experience. The acquisition also increases Körber's geographic presence in North America, the UK, India, and the APAC region.
The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
