Körber launches new solutions to enhance warehouse operations
Körber has introduced three new solutions, Gamification, Slotting.IQ, and Unified Control System, aimed at increasing warehouse efficiencies. These tools focus on improving productivity and worker engagement.

Hamburg, Germany – March 19, 2024
Körber announced today the launch of three solutions designed to augment warehouse operations. These products extend the capabilities of traditional Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) by addressing common productivity and workflow challenges within the supply chain, offering enhanced functionalities and end-to-end visibility.
The new offerings include Körber Gamification, which aims to boost worker productivity and engagement through recognition and healthy competition, with management setting targets to encourage progress and collaboration. This solution seeks to improve efficiency and employee satisfaction.
Körber's Slotting.IQ provides optimized inventory management for complex stock. Dynamic slotting algorithms are used to improve order-picking efficiency and accelerate order processing by integrating seamlessly with the WMS. This automated approach aims to save resources compared to manual methods.
Additionally, the Unified Control System (UCS) offers a single point of management for fulfillment processes, orchestrating both human workflows and automated technologies such as Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs). UCS integrates with existing WMS and warehouse technologies to streamline operations, improve throughput, and increase overall productivity.
These launches reflect Körber's ongoing commitment to advancing warehouse technology and providing comprehensive solutions for the evolving demands of modern supply chains.
