Körber Receives Additional Validation from Zebra Technologies
Körber One Voice platform has successfully completed Zebra Technologies' Solution Validation Program. The solution enhances warehouse labor engagement and productivity using Zebra devices.
Hamburg, Germany – Körber announced on May 7, 2024, the successful completion of Zebra Technologies’ Solution Validation Program for its Körber One Voice platform. The platform optimizes voice-directed workflows in warehouse operations using Zebra's Android devices, thereby boosting productivity.
This validation is Körber's second recognition for adhering to Zebra's strict standards for performance and functionality. Zebra Technologies is a leading provider of digital solutions facilitating intelligent connections among data, assets, and people. Körber is a member of Zebra's PartnerConnect program.
Dan LeBlanc, Director of Product Partnerships at Körber Business Area Supply Chain, stated that they worked closely with Zebra's engineering teams to test the interoperability of Körber's voice solution with select products. This verifies for customers that the application meets their needs.
The current supply chain faces significant challenges in labor recruitment and retention, with billions lost annually due to disengaged personnel in manual warehouse settings. Körber's voice technology, which adapts to individual language nuances, can yield productivity gains of up to 35 percent, improve accuracy by up to 85 percent, and reduce training time by up to 50 percent.
André Lücht from Zebra Technologies highlighted that Zebra's Android-based, voice-enabled mobile devices support Körber's leadership in the voice market. Zebra's enterprise testing program allows partners to evaluate the interoperability of their solutions with select Zebra products.
