Kore.ai launches tool for AI agent optimization
US enterprise firm Kore.ai has launched Autoloop, a tool designed to evaluate and adjust AI agents based on business goals.

US enterprise software firm Kore.ai has made its Autoloop tool generally available as part of its Agent Platform's Artemis edition. The tool is designed to automatically assess and improve the performance of AI agents.
Autoloop measures agents against business objectives such as task completion rates and policy adherence. It then automatically optimizes these agents from their development phase through to production. Kore.ai stated that its StateTrace feature allows for tracking agent actions, while ABL enables necessary adjustments.
The release comes as agent observability is emerging as a key software category. Enterprises face increasing needs to manage, govern, and secure increasingly autonomous AI agents, while also mitigating associated risks.
