KPS Capital Partners to Sell Metra to Grupa Kęty for €645 Million
Investment firm KPS Capital Partners has agreed to sell its portfolio company Metra to Polish industrial group Grupa Kęty. The transaction is valued at €645 million.

KPS Capital Partners announced it has signed a definitive agreement to sell Metra, a manufacturer of aluminum profiles and other metal components, to Grupa Kęty S.A. The sale price for the transaction is €645 million.
The agreement, signed in November 2026, marks the exit of KPS from its investment in Metra, which the firm acquired in 2017. Metra operates globally, supplying products to the construction and industrial sectors.
