Kraken Robotics Reports 2025 Financial Results, Predicts Strong 2026 Growth

Kraken Robotics Inc. reported its financial results for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025, highlighting record annual revenue of $102.2 million and Adjusted EBITDA of $25.0 million. The company saw increased demand for its SeaPower batteries and Synthetic Aperture Sonar (SAS) products, along with expanded services through the acquisition of 3D at Depth.

Product revenue for 2025 totaled $61.7 million, an increase driven by subsea batteries and SAS products, as well as strong performance in subsea services. Kraken Robotics also expanded its battery manufacturing capacity with a new facility in Nova Scotia and introduced product innovations, including higher energy density batteries and circular SAS.

The company's revenue grew from $91.3 million in 2024 to $102.2 million in 2025. This growth was attributed to increased demand across its product lines and services, partially offset by the completion of certain projects.

Looking ahead to 2026, Kraken Robotics forecasts revenues between $165 million and $175 million, with Adjusted EBITDA projected at $40 million to $50 million. The company has secured $87 million in product orders to date in 2026. Furthermore, Kraken Robotics announced in March 2026 a significant $615 million acquisition of UK-based Covelya Group, expected to close in Q2 2026, aiming to bolster its product offering and market position.
