Kraken Technology Group, a developer of uncrewed autonomous maritime vehicles, has secured $175 million in Series B funding. The round was led by DTCP and included investment from the British Business Bank and Nato Innovation Fund.

Kraken Technology Group, the company behind uncrewed autonomous maritime vehicles, has announced the closure of a $175 million Series B funding round. The investment was led by DTCP, with participation from entities including the British Business Bank, Nato Innovation Fund, and Rheinmetall.
The London-based firm designs and manufactures maritime technologies and vehicles focused on coastal security. Its product range includes the K3 Scout for surveillance and logistics, the K4 Manta for high-speed transit and covert operations, and the K5 Kraken for near-shore combat.
This funding injection occurs as defense technology becomes a heightened priority across Europe. Kraken already holds contracts with the UK Ministry of Defence, NATO European partners, and the US Special Operations Command.
Kraken Technology Group CEO Mal Crease stated that the funds will accelerate the company's global deployment, enabling the delivery of mission-ready capabilities to NATO and its partners at scale.
