Kratos Raises Fiscal 2026 Guidance After Q1 Results

Kratos Defense & Security Solutions announced its first-quarter 2026 financial results, with revenues reaching $371.0 million, a 22.6% increase compared to the same period last year. The company also raised its full-year fiscal 2026 guidance, now projecting revenues to be between $1.70 billion and $1.76 billion.

Adjusted EBITDA for the quarter stood at $38.7 million. The Kratos Government Solutions segment saw revenue grow by 11.8% to $288.4 million, while the Unmanned Systems segment reported a 30.9% revenue increase to $82.6 million. While the company secured $605.2 million in bookings, its operating cash flow was negative at $27.4 million.

Recent strategic moves include the acquisition of Orbit Technologies Ltd., contributing to the company's expansion. Kratos continues to invest in research and development, particularly in its space, satellite, and unmanned systems businesses.

The updated full-year forecast reflects the company's strong first-quarter performance and ongoing strategic growth initiatives in the defense and security sectors.
