KT Bank AG has released a comprehensive archive of frequently asked questions, aiming to clarify the bank's products and services. These summaries are intended to provide customers with a quick and easily understandable overview of the bank's offerings.

Customers can open an account without visiting a branch through an online application process. The bank emphasizes that its checking account incurs no fees, with online and mobile banking also being free. There is no minimum deposit requirement.

Through the bank's mobile application, customers can buy and sell gold, apply for installment payment cards, open savings or investment accounts, maintain foreign currency accounts, and make transfers.

Currently, Apple Pay and Google Pay are not available at KT Bank, but the bank states it is actively working on integrating these payment methods. The KT Mastercard has an annual fee of €30 and includes three free ATM withdrawals per month. Virtual cards are free, while the physical card incurs a charge.
