KTGY and Legacy Partners Complete New Apartment High Rise in Denver
Araceli DTC, a new luxury apartment high rise in Denver Tech Center, has been completed. The development features 236 residences with various community amenities.

Architecture firm KTGY and developer Legacy Partners have announced the completion of the Araceli DTC, an apartment community in Denver Tech Center. The project, comprising 236 residences, is designed to cater to young professionals and remote workers.
Located on a site previously zoned for offices, the development reflects a response to shifting urban planning needs, addressing both increasing housing demand and evolving office space utilization.
Araceli DTC's design addresses its triangular site and grade changes, with the building reaching 12 to 13 stories above a below-grade parking structure. The architecture combines red brick with metal and stucco elements, creating a facade pattern that breaks down the building's massing. The southwest corner features extensive glass and architectural detailing, offering views of the Front Range and downtown Denver.
Community amenities, including a resort-style pool deck, fitness center, and co-working spaces, are centrally located within the building. The development offers convenient access to public transportation and major roadways, supporting diverse lifestyles.
