Architecture firm KTGY has designed new residential projects in Madison, Wisconsin, and the Los Angeles area, among others.

Architecture firm KTGY has unveiled plans for several significant residential development projects across the United States. These recent projects span a range of housing types, from luxury apartments and hotels to affordable units and student housing.
The Madison Yards development in Madison, Wisconsin, will introduce 273 new apartments as part of a larger mixed-use area. This project also includes commercial spaces and aims to revitalize the urban landscape. KTGY is handling the architectural design for the building and contributing to the overall site planning.
In the Los Angeles area, KTGY is involved in the redevelopment of Jordan Downs in Watts, with 119 new apartments under construction. The firm has also designed the 1200 Vine mixed-use building in Hollywood, integrating residential units with commercial spaces. Additionally, KTGY is responsible for Western Station, a 230-unit apartment and retail project in Koreatown.
This diverse portfolio expansion demonstrates KTGY's capacity to address varied housing needs and stages of urban development. The firm also emphasizes the connection between design and resident well-being, particularly in student housing, where design features are intended to support mental health.
