Architecture and design firm KTGY has relocated its East Coast office from Tysons, Virginia, to Washington, D.C. The new 15,000-square-foot office is situated in the Alexander Court development at 2001 K St NW, South Tower, Suite 200, within D.C.'s Golden Triangle area.
The firm, founded in 1991 and expanded to Tysons in 2010, aims to leverage its new location for access to prominent industry organizations and to foster enhanced collaboration with clients, partners, and collaborators.
The interior design of the new space, developed by KTGY's interior design studio, is oriented towards collaboration and reflects the firm's commitment to sustainability. The team focusing on residential development interiors will also be based at this location, consolidating a broad range of expertise.
