KTGY Relocates East Coast Office to Washington, D.C.

KTGY, a design firm specializing in architecture, branding, interiors, and planning, has relocated its East Coast office from Tysons, Virginia, to central Washington, D.C. The firm is now based at Alexander Court, 2001 K St NW, South Tower, Suite 200, within the city's Golden Triangle district.

The new 15,000-square-foot office is intended to support KTGY's ongoing national growth. The company, founded in 1991, first expanded to Tysons in 2010. This move offers the firm increased proximity to leading industry organizations and aims to enhance service to its clients, partners, and collaborators.

The redesigned space, overseen by KTGY's interior design studio, emphasizes collaboration and sustainability. It will also house the firm's interior design team focused on residential developments, consolidating a broad range of expertise under one roof.

"Moving the office to the heart of downtown Washington, D.C. will inspire us to continue designing high-quality and sustainable spaces in the DMV region and throughout the East Coast," said Ben Kasdan, principal at KTGY. The firm views its new location as an investment in collaborative opportunities and innovation, citing access to professional organizations and an international talent pool.
