The PICASSO Plus system is designed to provide surgeons with immediate radiological assessment of tissue specimens during surgery. This capability allows for real-time analysis of surgical margins, helping to ensure complete tumor removal and potentially reducing the need for follow-up surgeries.
Falun Hospital is now the first healthcare facility on the continent to adopt this technology. KUBTEC has previously established installations of its systems in North America. The move into Europe represents a strategic expansion for the company's global reach.
