KURO GAMES' action role-playing game 'Wuthering Waves' is now available as a HarmonyOS-native version on Huawei's App Gallery application store. The release includes the commencement of a permanent test phase, meaning game data will no longer be wiped.

Alongside the game's launch, version 3.5, titled "遗音扶剑,荡梦而歌" (Ancient Echoes, Dream's Serenade), has also gone live. This update brings several technical enhancements for the PC version, including support for Intel XeSS 3 technology and expanded DLAA options for specific PC hardware. Furthermore, the game will leverage its proprietary frame-interpolation technology on chipsets like Snapdragon 8s Gen 4, Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, and Snapdragon 8 Gen 2.

Version 3.5 also introduces a new map area named 'Xuánfāng' (玄方), a 'Mecha City', along with several new playable characters: Yangyang Xuanling (the first SP-form resonator), Suisui, Linnai, and Lu Hesi. Players will also receive a free ten-pull recruitment and various in-game events and cosmetic items.

Further gameplay improvements in the update include optimized motorcycle drifting mechanics and an auto-questing feature for story progression. Collectible items can now be synthesized, and character voice language options have been expanded.
