Kymeta and Nomad GCS Partner for Mobile Satellite Connectivity
Kymeta and Nomad Global Communication Systems (GCS) have partnered to integrate mobile satellite connectivity solutions for defense, public safety, and commercial customers. The collaboration aims to enhance mobile command center capabilities.

Redmond, WA – April 11, 2018 – Kymeta, a company focused on global mobile connectivity, and Nomad Global Communication Systems (GCS), a provider of mobile operations solutions, announced a partnership. This collaboration will deliver seamless mobile connectivity for defense, public safety, first response, and commercial sectors.
Nomad GCS will integrate Kymeta's KyWay™ terminals, KyWay™ Go mobile units, and KĀLO™ internet services into its offerings. This move is intended to bolster Nomad's position in the mobile operations center market.
Kymeta highlighted the critical role of on-the-move satellite communications in disaster response and public safety operations. The company stated that its technology allows for rapid deployment and operation while the vehicle is in motion, a feature deemed essential for first responders and defense applications.
The partnership and its capabilities will be showcased through live demonstrations at ADS Warrior West, Booth 904, in San Diego from April 18-19. The event will feature, among other things, a Kymeta-equipped Toyota RAV4.
