Kyowa Kirin has chosen technology firms Cognizant and Benchling as partners to modernize its research and development (R&D) operations. The collaboration aims to accelerate the drug development process by integrating data management, advanced automation, and AI-driven workflows.

The Japanese pharmaceutical company will implement Benchling's AI platform for R&D, designed to manage and analyze research data more effectively. Cognizant will lead the integration of the platform with Kyowa Kirin's existing systems and provide implementation support.
