French polymer company Lactips and US-based packaging material manufacturer SmartSolve have established a worldwide strategic partnership aimed at developing and commercializing fully plastic-free packaging solutions.
The collaboration merges Lactips' proprietary natural polymer technology with SmartSolve's expertise in biodegradable and water-soluble materials. Both entities focus on sustainable packaging alternatives intended to reduce global plastic waste.
Lactips manufactures a 100% bio-based, water-soluble natural polymer in France for packaging applications. SmartSolve specializes in biodegradable and water-soluble solutions, commonly used for single-use items such as detergent pods.
