Lakeland Capital Launches Property Management Firm
Lakeland Capital has launched Patterdale Management, a new wholly owned subsidiary focused on providing property management services.
Lakeland Capital, a Charleston, South Carolina-based private multifamily investment company, has launched Patterdale Management. The new, wholly owned entity will offer institutional-grade property management services for Lakeland Capital's apartment units across the Southeast and other select East Coast markets.
Patterdale Management will provide a comprehensive suite of services, including revenue and leasing optimization, resident experience enhancement, and maintenance oversight. The firm aims to improve operational efficiencies and drive net operating income growth through market-responsive pricing, digital marketing, and high-conversion leasing operations. Patterdale will also focus on fostering resident satisfaction and community engagement through a service-forward approach and curated programming.
The company stated that Patterdale Management combines operational precision with human connection. "We believe the best property management combines operational precision with human connection," said Cindy Cleaver, director of property management at Lakeland Capital. "At Patterdale, we apply data-driven decision making and institutional reporting and controls to every property – while never losing sight of the residents, neighborhoods and stakeholders that define long-term success."
Patterdale Management, headquartered in Savannah, will initially manage approximately 400 apartment units, with an additional 200 planned by year-end. Lakeland Capital continues to leverage its vertically integrated approach to enhance operational efficiencies across its portfolio and create long-term value for investors.
