Reed has represented clients in patent, trademark, and other IP matters in federal courts, before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Her work spans the full life cycle of a dispute, from early case assessment and preliminary injunctions through discovery, trial, and appeal.
