Langar Investment Management, the advisor to the Langar Global HealthTech ETF (NYSE Arca: LGHT), announced the fund's primary listing will transfer from NYSE Arca to the Cboe BZX Exchange. This change is anticipated to take effect around June 29, 2026.
Existing shareholders of LGHT are not required to take any action, and the transfer is not expected to impact the trading of the fund's shares. The ETF's investment objective, strategies, and management team will remain consistent.
