Lantmännen Approves SEK 750 Million Extra Dividend
Lantmännen's general meeting has decided on an extra dividend of SEK 750 million for its members. The payment is contingent on the completion of the Swecon divestment.

Lantmännen's general meeting has approved an extra dividend of 750 million Swedish kronor (SEK) for its members. The decision is conditional on the successful completion of the company's divestment of its construction equipment subsidiary, Swecon.
The dividend payout will occur no later than two weeks after Lantmännen receives the purchase price for Swecon. The company anticipates the divestment to be finalized during the first quarter of 2026.
The total dividend includes SEK 375 million in refunds and supplementary payments, alongside SEK 375 million in contribution dividend. The refunds and supplementary payments are calculated based on member purchases from Lantmännen Agriculture and Machinery, as well as Swecon's Swedish operations, and sales of grain, oilseeds, pulses, and forage to Lantmännen Agriculture during 2024. The contribution dividend is based on members' total contribution capital as of September 30, 2025.
"The divestment of Swecon enables the Board to propose an extra dividend to members while maintaining a strong equity ratio. I know the funds are needed on the farms, and it is gratifying that Lantmännen can continue to support the development of Swedish agriculture and increase domestic primary production," stated Jan-Erik Hansson, Chairman of Lantmännen's Board of Directors.
Payment of the extra dividend is dependent on the finalization of the sale of shares in Swecon Anläggningsmaskiner AB, Entrack Sverige AB, and Swecon Baumaschinen GmbH, and the receipt of the purchase consideration. If the sale does not proceed or the funds are not received, no dividend will be issued. The divestment awaits regulatory approval.
