Lantmännen convenes food chain stakeholders to discuss climate action
Lantmännen organized a seminar in Stockholm where stakeholders from the food value chain discussed translating climate targets into concrete measures and business solutions.

On October 7, Lantmännen brought together stakeholders from across the food value chain at Münchenbryggeriet in Stockholm. The seminar focused on how climate and sustainability targets can be translated into concrete measures and business solutions.
The event was part of Lantmännen's "Farming of the future" strategy, which aims to promote sustainable, productive, and profitable agriculture. The seminar was opened by Lantmännen's President and CEO Magnus Kagevik and Head of Sustainability Claes Johansson.
Kagevik and Johansson emphasized that collaboration across different parts of the food value chain is crucial for accelerating climate action. They highlighted the necessity of joint efforts to effectively achieve stated sustainability goals.
The discussions aimed to foster new collaborations and concrete projects that can contribute to developing more sustainable practices and technologies within agriculture and the broader food system.
