In related news, Lantu announced that its new Lantu Free S model is scheduled for official launch this month. The vehicle will be available in both rear-wheel-drive and dual-motor all-wheel-drive configurations. The rear-wheel-drive version features a 300 kW motor, while the all-wheel-drive variant offers a combined power output of 475 kW from its front and rear motors.
The top-tier Lantu Free S will be equipped with a 98 kWh battery, supporting 800V 5C ultra-fast charging. It will also include intelligent electric all-wheel-drive and an adaptive air suspension system. The vehicle will incorporate Huawei's automotive technology, including the Kunlun ADAS 5 system and the HarmonyOS 5.2 cockpit.
