Lasernet Group Applies for Stock Delisting After Consortium Acquisition
Lasernet Group AB (publ) has applied to be delisted from the stock exchange. This follows the completion of an offer by Tabellae BidCo.

Lasernet Group AB (publ) has officially applied for its shares to be delisted from the stock exchange, simultaneously convening an extraordinary general meeting.
The application comes after a public offer was made on June 4, 2026, by a consortium comprising Tabellae HoldCo ApS, Mission Trail Partners, LP, and Aktiebolag Grenspecialisten. The offer aimed to acquire all outstanding shares in Lasernet.
On July 23, 2026, the offeror, Tabellae BidCo, announced the outcome of the offer, declaring it unconditional and proceeding with the acquisition. This move effectively transferred control to the bidding entity.
Following the completion of the offer, Tabellae BidCo now controls a total of 26,953,827 shares in Lasernet Group. The extraordinary general meeting is expected to formally approve the delisting process.
