Lassa expands winter tyre range with new Snoways 5 and Competus Winter 3
Tyre manufacturer Lassa has introduced two new winter tyre models, Snoways 5 and Competus Winter 3, for passenger cars and SUVs.
Lassa Tyres has launched the Snoways 5 and Competus Winter 3, new winter tyre models designed for passenger cars and SUVs. The development incorporates Lassa's NextGen technologies, aiming to enhance both performance and sustainability.
The Snoways 5 tyre is engineered for improved control on snowy and wet roads, earning a TÜV Performance Mark for its strong winter and wet handling capabilities. Independent tests indicate enhancements in aquaplaning resistance and grip on snow compared to previous models.
Both the Snoways 5 and Competus Winter 3 feature the EV Ready marking, signifying their suitability for electric and hybrid vehicles in addition to conventional cars.
The Competus Winter 3 model adapts the new winter design for SUVs, providing confident braking and handling on challenging winter surfaces. Lassa has also significantly expanded the size availability for these tyres, with Snoways 5 offered in 46 sizes and Competus Winter 3 in 42 sizes.
The new tyres will be available across Lassa's markets for the upcoming 2026 winter season.
