Latham & Watkins Adds Capital Markets Partners
Law firm Latham & Watkins has hired two prominent capital markets partners, Byron Rooney and Dan Gibbons, to bolster its expertise and market position.
Latham & Watkins LLP announced the addition of prominent capital markets partners Byron Rooney and Dan Gibbons to its firm. Rooney will assume the role of Global Vice Chair of the firm's Capital Markets Practice.
The new partners bring extensive experience advising companies, investment banks, and other market participants on a wide array of public and private capital-raising transactions and corporate matters. Their expertise includes a particular focus on fintech, digital assets, and other innovative technologies. They have represented clients in IPOs, direct listings, private placements, and various debt offerings.
