Latour reports flat net asset value for first nine months of 2026

Investment firm Latour recorded a net asset value of SEK 216 per share through September, representing a 2.5% increase when adjusted for dividends.

3 November 2026

Investment AB Latour announced that its net asset value (NAV) reached SEK 216 per share by the end of September 2026, effectively unchanged from the start of the year. When accounting for dividends paid, the company achieved a 2.5% increase in NAV, trailing the benchmark SIXRX index, which grew by 10.8% over the same period.

The company’s performance was driven by diverging trends across its portfolio. While Latour's wholly-owned industrial operations reported strong earnings growth, this was offset by a decline in the valuation of its listed equity holdings. The firm’s industrial arm remains a core driver of its ability to withstand market fluctuations.

As of November 2, the company’s net asset value had risen to SEK 223 per share. Investors are monitoring whether the strength of the internal industrial operations will continue to compensate for the broader volatility impacting the listed portfolio.
