INVESTMENT BANK Brown Gibbons Lang & Company (BGL) has appointed Lauren Clark as a Managing Director. Clark will lead the firm's investment banking coverage for digital infrastructure, an area encompassing fiber networks, wireless towers, and data centers.
The appointment strengthens BGL's infrastructure platform amid continued investment in the sector. Growth in digital infrastructure is being driven by increasing demand for data capacity and expanding connectivity needs.
Clark brings 15 years of investment banking experience focused on digital infrastructure and telecommunications. Previously, she was a Managing Director at RBC Capital Markets, advising clients across various segments of the telecom and infrastructure industries.
